Failure to follow up with the payment of a deposit after places for you have been offered may result in future enquiries from you being taken less seriously.

If you are coming alone: There are very few single rooms which will probably be taken very quickly. If you are coming alone you will have a much better chance of a place if you are willing to share a room (twin beds) with another (we will allocate someone).

There are two superior rooms with a 4-poster double bed available to the first two couples who request them overleaf. A £25 supplement for the room for the weekend will be added to the balance of payment.

The demand for twin beds usually exceeds availability so if you are willing to share a double bed there will usually be a better chance of places being available when we are close to becoming fully booked. Note: There are no ‘family’ rooms so if there are more than two in your party, please submit this form again for another room for the extra persons.

I would like to volunteer to be a model at the fashion show at Masson Mills on Saturday afternoon (see here). You must be able to visit the Mills at least 2 weeks before the event to try on outfits.

If you would be interested in joining a group outing to Haddon Hall on the Sunday (details here) please select one of following: Not interested in joining the group (but you can always go independently any time). Would like to join the group but would prefer to make own way there and meet up on site Would like to join the group and travel to the village by coach if one is arranged

If the accommodation you require is available, we will request payment of the deposit which you should pay within seven days to secure your booking. Please indicate below how you wish to pay: Telephone/Internet Banking: This is preferred method of payment. With 'Faster Payments', the transfer between banks is generally made immediately these days and there is no charge for payments within UK. Martine will send you the bank account number and sort card to be used for the transfer. PayPal: There is no need to have a Paypal account to pay this way but there will be a surcharge to cover the PayPal transaction fee. Martine will instruct PayPal to send you a payment request to your email address. Cheque or Postal Order: This is slowest and most inconvenient way. Sorry we cannot accept on-line credit card payments for Harmony Weekend bookings using the Shopping Cart Service on this site as this can only handle Repartee and Blue Moon sales.

When you have submitted these details, Martine will reply by email as soon as possible to confirm room availability, the amount of deposit that is required and how to pay by the method you chose above.

If the accommodation you requested is available, the submission of this form will be treated as a provisional booking. As such the places offered to you will be held for a maximum of seven days whilst we await your payment.

Bookings will only be made firm upon receipt of a deposit
